Returns & Refunds:
We accept returns for both defective and non-defective products within 30 days of delivery. Exchanges are accepted for items of the same price, or if the replacement item has a different price, the difference must be paid or credited at the time of the exchange. All returns and replacements are handled electronically via email; you do not need to return any physical item.
Method and fees: Returns and exchanges are processed in-store via email and at no cost to the customer. No restocking fees apply.
Refund processing: Approved refunds are issued within 14 days of confirming the return or replacement.
Conditions/limitations: Refunds are not available for system incompatibility, failure to follow installation or activation instructions, or misuse.
All products are delivered digitally; no physical items are shipped. Software is downloaded directly from the official Microsoft website, and licenses activate on one compatible device.
