Sign a PDF
Draw your signature with a mouse, trackpad or finger, drop it onto the page you choose, and download the signed PDF. The document stays on your device from start to finish.
This adds a visible signature image. It is not a cryptographic digital signature.
How to use
- Choose the PDF you need to sign.
- Draw your signature in the box. Clear and redraw as many times as you like until it looks right.
- Set the page, corner and width, then press sign. The signed copy downloads straight away.
Frequently asked questions
- Is a drawn signature legally binding?
- In most countries a visible electronic signature is accepted for everyday agreements, but formal deeds and some regulated documents need a qualified digital signature. Check what the receiving party requires.
- Does the signature get flattened into the page?
- Yes. It is drawn onto the page as an image, so it cannot be dragged off or edited by whoever opens the file.
- Can I sign more than one page?
- Run the tool again on the signed file and pick the next page. Each pass adds one signature.
