BIMI Record Checker
BIMI is what puts your logo beside your messages, but only if DMARC is already enforcing. This checker reads the record, the logo location and the DMARC policy behind it.
How to use
- Enter the domain and leave the selector as default unless you publish under a custom one.
- Press Check BIMI. The record on selector._bimi.yourdomain is fetched, along with the domain's DMARC policy.
- If DMARC is not at quarantine or reject, fix that first — no mailbox provider will show your logo without it.
Frequently asked questions
- Do I need a VMC certificate?
- Gmail and Apple Mail require a Verified Mark Certificate, which means a registered trademark. Some other providers will show a logo from the SVG alone.
- What format must the logo be?
- SVG Tiny Portable/Secure, square, with a solid background, hosted over HTTPS. Ordinary SVG exports are usually rejected.
- Why is my logo still not showing?
- Providers cache aggressively and roll out slowly. Confirm DMARC is enforcing at 100%, the SVG loads publicly, and then allow days rather than hours.
